THE BEST PLACES TO GRAB A BITE TO EAT IN AND AROUND CHICAGO
THE THAI VILLAGE (BATAVIA)
The Thai Village opened for business in October of 2004. They boast a full menu of traditional Thai cusine ... from Fried Tofu to Pad Nam Prig Pao. The prices are very very reasonable and a full scale meal for two which includes appetizers, salad or soup and an entree will cost you less than $30. The Thai Village does not have a liquor license as of yet but you are welcome to bring your own. However, we highly suggest that you try the Thai Ice Tea ... it is out of this world! The restaurant is located at the corner of Wilson and Batavia Avenue (Route 31) in the location where Dan's skate shop was previously located. The atmosphere is warm ... the place is cozy and the people are friendly ... the food is most excellent!
The Thai Village is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner: Monday thru Thursday ... 11am til 9:30pm Friday & Saturday ... 11am til 10pm Sunday ... 11am til 9pm
Reservations are accepted and advisable on the weekend.
